There is a resort fee charge of $20.00 US dollars per night. (NOT PER GUEST) for stays under 30 days, which is paid directly to the resort upon checkin. Any stay over 30 days between November and March will be charged at $10.00 per day. Payment is made directly to the resort upon check in for temporary membership of the Regal Palms Club. Benefits entitles free access to all the facilities at the Regal Palms Resort which includes full use of the Water Park, two heated Swimming Pools, water slide, lazy river, heated Jacuzzi’s, full gym, sauna, free WiFi, Entertainment, and pool towels. A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required for all stays.
Daily rate is subject to 12% tax and an $150.00 cleaning fee is applied to each stay unless waived by the owner.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change and are based on booking the home for seven nights.
